CSCvc54767 - DB BackupandRestore or PUB/SUB rebuilt causes IMS Exception on login

hi,

my costumer have a Unity Ver 11.5.1.12900-21

the Publisher server has crashed and i install a new server instead.

I tried to rebuilt it by the command:"utils cuc cluster renegotiate" but when i login via GUI: Non-Defined IMS Exception is thrown.

 

i tried to backup and restore but nothings changes...

someone know this issue?

Hi there,  I'am facing the same issue on the same code.  where you ever able to find a workaround?  Did you have to upgrade the code on the subscriber to get past the bug?  Thanks

Hi, sorry about the delay,
I didn't found any workaround.
The last option was reinstall the servers, its was test environment so this not matter...
