I am currently running 11-0-4-14 on Cisco 8821 phones. Why I am having this issue?

We also used I version 11-0-4-14 and I opened a TAC Case in cause of this.
With update to the newest version, issue will be fixed.
I told the TAC to add the version 11-0-4-14 also to the affeced versions.
