CSCvj75841 - Jabber not display correct Presences and IM messages are not being sent on cloud deployment

Anyone experiencing this issue or have found out more information about it? My end users are either unable to login or the client gets stuck at "connecting" and not displaying their presence.

Could you try upgrading to 12.0 version of Jabber and see the behavior ?
