Anyone experiencing this issue or have found out more information about it? My end users are either unable to login or the client gets stuck at "connecting" and not displaying their presence.
Is there a way to disable phone services in Jabber 11.5 for windows? users without phone services are getting the incorrect username and password notification. see attachment
This telephony is set to false and still showing the error :/ also keep getting "Input data contains forbidden text." when trying to upload config file to Webex Administration Tool
Try gpupdate /force for the voicemail tab to appear on jabber I just had this issue this week. Didn't investigate it much further but that quickly resolved the issue.
