CSCvk56605 - Low bandwidth estimation for WebRTC presentation sender

Issue is:

1) If Windows user is sharing (HW acceleration is ON, by default) – picture is very bad and blurred.

2) If MAC user is sharing – good picture, text is readable

3) If Windows user is sharing (HW acceleration is OFF in browser) – picture is OK, but still blurred when scrolling document while sharing.

Cisco document says this issue has been fixed in CMS 2.4.1 2.3.8.

But seems it is not correct. Problem is not resolved. Even TAC engineer also confirmed after lab test, it is wrong and issue is not resolved.

Is there any official update on the this issue ?

Hi All,

I just updated my Chrome to Version 77.0.3865.90 (Official Build) (64-bit) and it looks like the problem is resolved.

Troubleshot a poor-quality presentation issue today, and the culprit turned out to be the browser: Edge (NON Chromium).  We have good tested results when using Chrome and Edge Chromium.
