CSCvr94406 - Cannot download TAXII feeds in Intelligence Sources v6.2.3 -> v6.4.0.4 on either HTTP or HTTPS - 1

It says fixed, however under the Known Fixed Releases it doesn't have a link to the version that is fixed. Also, I skimmed 6.4.0.7 through 6.4.0.4 fixes and found no mention of CSCvr94406. So where is the fix?

Checked in with TAC they said the fix is coming in March.
