I am getting this failure error on ISE 2.4, and after upgrade to ISE 2.6, nothing changes. The user got the error message, but I got the request approval email, ISE is sending the email twice, so I had two emails with the same info.

Same issue on AP1815 running 8.8.120 in ME mode on 2.4 GHz channel. Workaround is disable and re-enable automatic channel. Didn't find any mention for this issue in the newer versions release notes.
