This is a known issue with the 2960X and the only way to fix this is to RMA the appliance.

have you already tried pulling the plug, or did you reload from the CLI? This is listed in the field notice. I only ask because I've only run into this one time, after a reload, and having the LCON pull the plug and hard reboot the switch came back fine.
Most likely, though, as Leo says, you'll need to RMA.

Yes, I have tried all bellow: unplug power cord - multiple times more than 10 minutes, unplug all patch cable, factory reset, downgrade IOS ...
The results are the same - %ILET-1-AUTHENTICATION_FAIL: This Switch may not have been manufactured by Cisco...
