Device site re-assignment not possible after provisioning

Hello All

bug issue CSCvn98813

I have the same issue once I provision the switch and it shows up on the 1st floor I am not able to move it to another floor /  location. It show no hyper link and is shaded gray.  I am on Version 2.3.3.6-70045 so I did not think this was still an issue but I would like to know if you can tell me if its still.   I do not think it affects all device since I have other switches on the same floor and I can move to another floor but what Isolates these few device from moving.  If you can give me some information to ID why some work and other do not that will help. 

Cisco switch cat C9200L-48P-4G affected and the not affected are C9200L-48P-4G

we did like mentioned here and it works as expected. you need to follow the order to make it work as expected.
