Hi guys,

 

we are getting below error whenver we try to download updates on FMC manually or Automatically

 

Download updates failed: Peer certificate cannot be authenticated with known CA certificates

 

FMC Version is 6.2.1 and its virtual appliance

 

what could be the reason for it ?

Hi,

Is this download going through proxy? If yes, bypass FMC connectivity from
proxy.

Hi Baqari,

 

this FMC has direct connetcivity to internet without any proxy. is there any CA Certificate which i need to install on FMC as FMC not recongnising the destination Certificate ?

i think it can be a bug in Firmware as there is no restriction fro FMC IP to go to internet
