Hi Guys,
I am getting floods of log messages below from our ISR4331 Router. These messages looks like hindering us from configuring new HSRP groups. May I ask for your opinion on this? Thank you!

I agree with @balaji.bandi with the Bug ID.
Raise a TAC Case and get them to verify.
Next, upgrade to the latest 16.6.X.
Make sure to upgrade using Install Mode.
