Not able to save configuration

I am working on N9K-C93240YC-FX2.  But I am not able to save the configuration in switch. Please find the below result.

Configuration update aborted: request was aborted

Even I cannot upgrade the NX-OS. When I am trying to copy new NX-OS to bootflash it is giving error "file error
Destination: Read-only file system"

IS there any fix.

Hi, could be an issue related to this bug:

bootflash filesystem is mounted read only

Is not yet fixed but the workaround is "reload the supervisor".

Do you have already reload the supervisor? Make a configuration backup first.

what NX-OS is installed?
