I have noticed that some applications have multiple version listed, but some do not even though there are newer version of the software. What needs to happen to get the new versions listed? In my particular case I am looking for version 8 of Personal Communicator. I do not want to search through all the bugs just to see the latest version.

Hi Doug

Today in Bug Toolkit especially with Non-IOS Cisco products, for a version to show up it should have atleast four (4) or more severity 1,2, or 3 customer facing bugs with valid Release-note enclosures to show up in Cisco Bug Toolkit.

I see that Version 8 of CUPC was released on June 30th, let me check if this falls into above category i mentioned and reply back.
