CBD not discovering my switches in Direct Managed network

I set up one of our subnets as a Direct Managed network and I'm having some problems with discovery. These are CBS250 switches running 3.4.0.17. I manually joined not one but two of the four switches directly to CBD via the Cisco Business Dashboard settings on the switches themselves and according to the instructions they're supposed to report the other switches to CBD via their CDP tables, etc. I see the switches I expect to show up in the connected switches' CDP Neighbors so I don't know what's missing. I even checked the missing switch's certificates to make sure none of them had spaces in it but no luck. The only constraints I have on the network are "Discover switches only", "Discover Cisco devices only", and an allowed IP list. What else do I need to check?

Please navigate to the inventory page and change the default filter for "Show Discovery" from "Enabled" to "Both", will the missing switches appear after that?

Hi Mark, no I'm not seeing the switch in Inventory even after doing this.

Given the uncertainties here, the best option would be to call the support team and log a case. The contact numbers for support can be found at https://cisco.com/go/sbsc.
