Could you please check if the device exists in the inventory on CBD?
If the device is in a Direct Managed network, just wait a few minutes.
If the device is in a Probe Managed network, you don't need to connect it to CBD, the Probe which has been enabled should be able to manage this device already. In this case, please uncheck the Dashboard Connection and Probe Operation check box in this CBS350 GUI.
