CBW140AC Dashboard

I am trying to find the Dashboard for my CBW140AC set up.  I have the mobile app but I was looking for something on-line in order to see it better.  When I did my initial setup, I was able to get to http://ciscobusiness.cisco.  That was great for setting up the AP and extenders.  I can't find any GUI like that now to use.  Any help is appreciated as I believe I need to upgrade some of the Extender software.  I am not getting that good of a signal between the AP and the Extenders and the extenders are less than 100 ft from the AP.

Hello JDE_Dude,

You should be able to access the Primary AP web GUI via http://<ip-address> or http://ciscobusiness.cisco. (https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/wireless/access_point/csbap/CBW_Admin/Admin/en_US/b_Cisco_AP_Admin_Guide.pdf - Setting Up Management Access Interface). If you mean using Cisco Business Dashboard as an online network tool for monitoring and managing the APs then you can try with this link https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/cloud-systems-management/business-dashboard/index.html#~features.

The platform is free for download so you can install and manage with no license up to 25 Cisco Business and/or Cisco Small Biusiness Devices.

Thanks

Martin

I appreciate the help.  The IP address did it for me.  That was exactly what I was looking for.  I think maybe a software update is in store for me.  Hopefully this will clear up the issues I am currently having.  Thank you again.

I am glad you managed to fix it.
