Cisco Business Dashboard (trail)

Hello,

We have CBD (trail version) in use. An SG300 was added manually, but in CBD the switch is not listed as "Online". And the auto-discovery does not work either, although according to the "Managed Device Support Matrix" the 300 series is supported.

I need help to bring the switch correctly "online" in CBD and to scan all switches in the network automatically.

You should consider upgrade the switch. On the documentation for CBD, you can read this statement below

A firmware version of 1.4.2.x or higher is recommended for 200, 300, and 500 series switches.

Tried that, but it doesn't work. Error message: Illegal software format. Tried directly via ssh and GUI both do not work.
