The Community team has successfully completed the latest platform update (you may have already seen some of the changes).  

 

Community Platform Updates  

  • Improved search experience – you’ll see the category name in the search drop-down instead of “This category” 
  • A new component was added to the CX Cloud Idea Exchange to keep customers informed about the status of submitted Ideas
