Change CCO Username

Does anybody know if it's possible to change your CCO Username?  If so, how do I go about doing so?

I am trying the same and web-help referred me to the Certification Skills group who referrred me back to web-help! I'm waiting on response #2 from web-help but suspect I may be stuck in a "do loop".

It is true if you want to change your CCO user ID you need to contact web-help@cisco.com, however once you have a new CCO user ID we can merge any content you have created with your old account to a new one.  Please email supportforums-info@cisco.com for this request.
