Duplicate CISCO ID

Hello Guys 

I have a duplicated CISCO ID and i don't know what to do ,whenever i want to take an exam i use this cisco ID :CSCO12639292
and it's printed on my certificates and the exams reports, and every time i go to www.cisco.com/go/certifications/login it gives me that my cisco ID is  CSCO12637569 !! also it does not show my certifications! ?!
 

so what what i'm supposed to do?

I´ve gone to that link, but when I'm filling the form there is a part than I don´t know how to fill and it is the "area code"

I have this same problem of duplicate ID. Created a case about two weeks ago and no action has been taken even after sending my details as requested.

I'd be really glad if both IDs can be merged.

I have the same problem, i have opened a case in the link  https://ciscocert-learningatcisco.force.com/s/mycases  4 days before but no response until now.

 

Try to write them again, happened to me once and I write them again

I have the same problem after a bad migration CISCO did with the new site about cert progression to get simpler.

I have an open ticket from 3/Oct/2022 and still nothing fixed ! 

And i can not claim my certification !!!
