This is probably the wrong place to ask, but I'm a n00b. I've been trying to download some firmware from the Software Center but always get the result "The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading." Is it broken? Any suggestions? Thanks.

No, that link fails in the same manner.
In fact, the whole Small Business tab now fails.

Great. Even the Small Business Support Center phone line doesn't work. 1-
866-606-1866 gives a system message that the call did not go through.
Is Small Business Support located in Egypt by any chance?

Still down from Oz...over 24 hours now. Support area comes back with 500 server error, Software Center just times out.
