What happened to Cisco Presales Support? Did they get cut? I used to get outstanding service when I opened cases with them online. I had nothing but praise..
Their web link is gone now, only a phone number. I just called them and they pretty much told me to talk to my vendor.
That was a wasted of 15 minutes of my life that I will never get back..

Thanks much for the reply. The group I was refering to is technically called "Cisco Partner Support". The URL used to be http://ciscopartner.esecurecare.net/ but it's a dead link now. I was able to dig and hunt and finally find what I was told was an equavalent phone number. I called but didn't get the outstanding service I was expecting and had got from all of my previous cases with the group.
