9800-CL - How do I change device site assignment in DNAC?

Have a number of 9800-CL WLCs setup in DNAC (non-fabric) v2.3.5.3. I need to change site assignment for one 9800-CL and it is greyed out if I attempt a fresh Provision>Assign Device to Site. What options are there for changing device site assignment in DNAC? Do I have to remove from inventory and rediscover? or is there an easier option?

You need to delete from inventory and re-discover the WLC and provision to correct site.

make sure you re-sync the config.
