C9300-48P Switch no POE on Gig Ports after Upgrade to Ver 17.09.05

We have upgraded a few switches already without issue but we have above issue on two switches lately where the POE Gig ports where the camera is drawing power and data became down and no power is detected even after defaulting the port. When the camera is powered by external power injector and data cable is connected to the said Gig port the camera is working. Tried connecting to other available POE Gig port but to no avail. 

Hope anybody can share their experience/expertise on this.

SGP: ILP:: PoE POST failed on slot 1 , skip PoE event to state machine.

what IOS XE code running, better upgrade to latest code 17.9.5 or latest 17.12.4

Please post the complete output to the command "sh post".

Update: the switch is for rma per tac. Per diagnosis, hardware issue and no POE output power(failed error message) on slot 1.
