Cant Provision WLC on DNAC

Hello i have a problem where my wlc cant provision on DNAC
the wlc itself already in inventory but i got an error says NCWL10062: Wireless Management Interface details are not found in the database for the wireless device
i tried configure wireless management interface vlan 102 (for Management) but the issue still remain the same

any advice ?

Did you re-sync the wireless LAN controller in the DNA Center inventory after configuring the WMI on the 9800?
