I have a Cisco 5520 Controller that is in the inventory in DNAC but I do not have the access points that are in the WLC showing up in DNAC.
WLC 5520= 8.2.190
APs= 9130, 1815
DNAC= 2.3.5.5-72026

your WLC code doesn't seem compatible, minimum version should be AireOS 8.5.135.0 for DNAC and AirOS 8.10.X for 9130 support
check the compatibility matrix here

5520 is not compatable - so suggest to uplift to Cat 9800 for better visibility with DNAC

@balaji.bandi 5520 is compatible, you just need to select the "Upgrade" radio button in the compatibility matrix.

This info is incorrect.
9130 is supported from 8.10.X.X
Is the WLC on 8.10.190.0?
