Cisco Catalyst Center Virtual Appliance sizing

Is it possible to run Catalyst Center in a VM smaller than the requirements here:

For a small wireless only deployment with 200 APs is such a powerful machine really required for the management?

Yes. This used to be possible (for lab purposes) in previous releases, but if you attempt it on 2.3.7.6 it will not function well at all.
