  • Help,

I was tasked to configure a Cisco Dna Center to automated our network. Unfortunately, the disk requires a passphrase to boot up, and no one knows the passphrase. Does anyone know how to bypass or delete the passphrase??

  - Could you provide a screenshot (e.g.) ? ; if this refers to  a backup restore process being started then 'there is no way out' because then the passphrase must be known (from the creator of the backup).

Thanks for responding so quickly. I powered it up and got this message. I
didn't assign a password or passphrase to encrypt the disk.

            -  Can you attach a screenshot of this message too ?

Can you provide a screen shot of the page from the Cisco IMC under Menu ā†’ Compute ā†’ Bios ā†’ Boot ā†’ Boot Order. Are you seeing any disk faults in the Cisco IMC?

I have the same issue , here are my screen shots, I am opening a TAC case.

@Hafthor Hilmarsson O'Connor your screen shot shows this isn't a standard build of a DN appliance. What appliance are you using?

This is just how the M6 Server came from Cisco. i.e. DN3-HW-APL-L V01

We tried to upgrade to the newest HUU Image , but that just gave us a bios that does not allow Legacy Booting, and there for it did not boot at all. So we went back to the ucs-c220m6-huu-4.3.2.240009.iso.

And then we where back at square one.
