Cisco DNA LAN Automation Error Massage

Hi community users

 

The LAN Automation function of DNA does not work.

 

Device Name is well defined in the inventory
Last Sync Status is also managed.

 

However
Action-> Provision-> LAN Automation

 

Error Massage
Invalid CLI User defined for discoverd site

 

What should I check more ?

 

DNA Center : 1.3.0.109

Platform: C9500-16X
Software Version: 17.1.1

Hey Mhhan,

 

Please note that 17.11.1 is not a supported device as of DNA version 1.3.1.4. Can you please downgrade to a supported version of code for the 9500 Catalyst switches, re-sync the device, and re-attempt the LAN automation task?

 

Also, make sure you have CLI credentials & SNMP community specified and selected for the site you are using for the LAN automation task:

-- Check DNAC GUI -> Design -> Network Settings -> Device Credentials -> Select the Site/Building you are using for the LAN automation job -> Is a CLI & SNMP entry selected?

If you are still facing issues after checking the suggestions above, please open up a service request with TAC so they can assist with troubleshooting this problem.
