Cisco DNAC 2.3.5.5 Reimage Issues

Hi everone,

Have any of you had this problem when reimaging the DNAC DN2-HW-APL appliance??

* I have already tested the same pedrive and with the same ISO on another identical appliance, and the installation continues until the end.

have not seen this , recently reimaged using version 2.3.3.5 -> no problem here
I have an USB-drive prepared with version 2.3.5.5,
but as the appliance is on a remote location, i have not used this USB-drive yet

but it looks like the TMP chip where security information is stored does not like this change, or has been corrupted.
you may need to clear the TPM data first?

But this UCS Mannager is only for UCS B series with Fabric Internconnect appliance,   DNAC uses C series c220-M5 ...

I agree with @pieterh. It seems like the TPM module is in "lockout" mode, this is likely to be caused in a non-clean shutdown of the appliance at some point. The last time I faced a similar issue on a server I was able to resolve the issue by disconnecting the machine fully from power for a couple of minutes.

Yes, i did the same for 2 minutes,  but is the same issue.
