Hello,
I noticed that all my Switches are failing to perform EoX scan. Below is the error message:
Can someone please provide any hit to solve this issue?

Did the scan work before? Did you accept the EoX EULA? Did you accept the EoX status?

When asking a Question or Reporting an Issue with the Cisco Catalyst Center (formerly Cisco DNA Center), please include the Release version which is seeing the issue.
From your screenshot, the problem may be due some backend issues related to the communications with the cloud.
Suggested Plan of Action:
If you go to Activities / Tasks, search for "Scan network for EoX alerts". From here you can determing the date & time of your next run. When a Scan fails, the UI should give you an option to re-run for the failed device(s) or all of the devices. You can re-run the scan to see if it fixes the issue.
