We are using DNA-C and recently enabled the email notifications. To our surprise the email title and body that DNA-C sends is not configurable, which is not great. I asked Cisco TAC and it's not a feature they're going to add to DNA-C, it's not even on their roadmap.
We want to move away from PRTG so we don't need to keep 2 inventory lists up-to-date (PRTG and DNA-C).
Does anyone knows a third party monitoring tool (for email notifications) that can integrate with DNA-C via APIs ?
