Anybody running into the "CCO Credentials not configured or insufficent privileges for user" error when updating switch firmware in DNAC? I've confirmed my credentials have access. Even tried swapping credentials with another known working account. Notta.

Can you share a screenshot from the following location in Cisco DNA Center ?
Menu -> Settings -> Cisco Accounts

I have this issue also. I was able to download the firmware from Cisco so my CCO credentials must be correct I believe.

Does the CCO account required to have access to download, not just CCO account i guess here.
