DNA CENTER IMAGE REPOSITORY ERROR NCSW 90008 unable to reach CISCO

Hi friends,

I'm trying to upgrade 3 access  switches catalyst 9300  through the DNA CENTER. I'm trying to download a new version through the IMAGE REPOSITORY, but I get an error

 

"ERROR NCSW 90008 unable to reach cisco.com du to an internal error"

i check Connectivity to https://cloudsso.cisco.com and everything is fine.

The issue that you report is a current issue that has been identified and the Cisco Team is working on resolving this issue.  I would suggest that you open a Cisco TAC Case to reference this issues so that you can be updated on this problem.

Symptom:

A NCSW90008: Unable to reach Cisco.com due to an internal error may be seen when the user navigates to the Design / Image Repository of the Cisco DNA Center.

The user may not be able to import & download new device images from software.cisco.com from the Cisco DNA Center during this time when the error is seen.

Conditions:

Cisco DNA Center version is Releases 2.2.3.x.

Cisco DNA Center version is Releases 2.2.2.x.

Cisco DNA Center version is Releases 2.1.2.x.

Workaround:

There is no workaround at this time.

The Issue should be resolved now.  Please try your normal operations from the Design.Image Repository

The same problem. Any updates on the matter as to why is this occurring again?
