Hello,
I'm working on Cisco DNA and ServiceNow integration and trying to configure CMDB. When I test connection I'm getting error unable to connect. However I'm able to log into ServiceNow with this same credential. Also, I'm getting error Invalid CI (see attached). I follow the instruction provided on Cisco website but it only comes with screenshots with instruction, no example. I'm wondering if my response are not in the correct format. Does anyone have example of what to type in on each step?
