I have went through all cisco documentation related to DNAC Deployment using AWS CloudFormation and it says that we can only configure an on-premises NFS backups. So the correct way to run backups would be creating a VM on AWS to simulate an on-premises server and run NFS there for backups? Isn't there any other native option?

There is no "AWS native" option for doing backups of the Catalyst Center. The simplest way to achieve it is either to use an S3 file gateway NFS share or deploying a VM. You can then make backups of these using other backup tools. To avoid future pain and overtime work you should remember to comply with the 3-2-1 rule.

Thank you for your reply!
This S3 method is going to run for automation and assurance or running a virtual linux on AWS is or best option?
In case of that, I have not found cisco documentation with the VM recommendations when it comes to vCPUs, RAM, etc, could you assist us with that?
