DNAC Cluster Port

Hello,

I have a question, if we don't connect the cluster port, it will have any impact in the DNAC functionalities (in case of standalone deployment).

During appliance configuration, the Maglev Configuration wizard does not let you proceed until you assign the Cluster Link option to an interface.

Make sure that the cluster link interface is connected to a switch port and is in the UP state.

No it will not - but if you configure in the future if you like to use you can use it, rather re-imaging as per my understanding.

You cannot complete the installation without the Cluser port in the UP state, and it needs to be running 10G as well.

The recommendation is to design for a 3 node cluster even though you only implement one node.
