Dnac on VM is not supported at this point. You can play on your own risk if you can spare assign same resources (memory, cpu, disk, network) to your VM but officially it is not supported and not recommended.

If you have partner or Cisco sales supporting you then check with them on roadmap or may be come back here again after 3-6 months.

If you have 44 CPU and 128GB RAM you can try, i tried some time back yes it success, as suggested that is not best Cisco suggest, for Lab you can try.

HI, is it possible when installed on HCI (hyperflex system) too? is it still calculate form one node server or calculate from all cluster

General availability is planned for spring/summer 2023.

2023 summer is far away - we know the cisco roadmap, is this possible today ? and Cisco not fully announced that will be available.
