Hi,
Do we add Server Farm Switches, Fusion device on DNAC for assurance purpose or it is the only for Campus Fabric devices?

IMO for the fusions this is up to the customer. As far as the server farm NADs this depends. Reason being for both is that for assurance you need DNA Advantage/Premier licensing for the NADs you wish to employ assurance. Also, note that only certain platforms are currently supported for DNAC assurance. See:

yes, you can add no problem, The assurance is open for brownfield and greenfield projects you can add Server Farm Switches through SNMP, fusion router through NetFlow, wireless controller through streaming telemetry, within the assurance you will get health report for all network devices which is you add and also health report for client and application, you can either get the report for an internal application or cloud application also.
