DNAC unable to setup backup - Not able to connect to remote server

I am trying to set up an SSH backup on Cisco DNAC Version 2.3.5.6 but it can't reach the server. I have confirmed with my firewall team that nothing is blocking. They also confirm they see no SSH traffic coming from any of the 3 hosts in the cluster. I have rebooted all 3 nodes. The first node, I cannot get in with the maglev password so I had to hard cycle that one. But I am still not able to set up the ssh host.

I am not even able to SSH to the host from any of the two nodes I can get into via CLI.

NFS and SSH. But like I said, I cannot even SSH to the backup server from the DNAC appliance themselves. However I can elsewhere. And my firewall team is not seeing any traffic come out on port 22 to the destination. When I SSH from the appliance, it just hangs, never connects.
