Hello Community,

We see an alarm in DNA-C in which it says "Due to DHCP Timeout " , users are not able to connect to the Guest network or associate with the WLC.

please check the attached snapshots and advise if this error was seen before, what can we look for and how can we investigate such issue.

Awaiting your response.

Thanks & best regards.

 - Check the DHCP server's logs and look for activity from wireless users , what is the controller model ? (Check the DHCP setup and configuration)

I see the endpoint is roaming between APs, so check if both of them are properly configured, not only having the same Flex profile in C9800, but also in the switch port. If that WLAN is using Central DHCP, then all traffic is going through CAPWAP tunnel and WLC should be talking to DHCP server to validate previous IP in the other AP.
