During Cisco Catalyst Center deployment, automation-core, NCP-Services

During Cisco Catalyst Center deployment, you cannot complete the following.

$maglev package status

automation-core       NCP - Services     2.1.617.60344    DEPLOYMENT_ERROR - Exception in task - Maximum wait time 5400 seconds exceeded for the following services to be ready: file-service

I proceeded with Gen2 DNAC equipment and tried two versions, 2.3.5.6 and 2.3.7.5, but the same alarm occurred.

Could you give me your opinion?

This is my DN2-HW-APL equipment,

I confirmed that it supports the equipment when I check the release notes for that version.

Hi Hyun,

To be honest, it is going to be impossible to assist here. We would need the logs to determine what is failing. Here it is clearly stating deployment of the package is failing due to file-service not responding, but will not be able to discern more without logs. What method are you using to install the images? Please be as exact as possible.

I'm trying to install a USB image by making a boot disk through ETCHER. If you need a log, I can give it to you. What log do you need?

The full RCA would be good here.

I share the RCA file, and I also share a screenshot of the package deployment that failed.

I am sharing the link with the issue of uploading the rca file.

Unfortunately using links like google drive presents a security concern for me. As such, please open a TAC case and attach the RCA there.

Looks like you are hitting a variant of https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCwh79507

You are not entered to access bug: CSCwh79507-> content could not be verified.

And I don't have a service contract.
