Hi Team,

Encountered an error while configuring the DNAC 3rd Gen CIMC, although SSH access remains available.

Error: Maglev CLI window is not coming up and below error flapped.

Maglev restricted shell is active is expected. 
How are you accomplishing the install? Are you attempting to load the image that came with the box or are you doing a fresh install? If you are doing a fresh install, how did you get the ISO to the Catalyst Center?

This is a new installation. After completing the basic interface configuration, an error occurs. We are able to access DNAC via SSH, but the KVM access cannot be launched.

How are you doing the new install? Are you using a usb with etcher or another method?

If the KVM isn't deploying the window then you may be blocking the required ports of 2068 and 2069

Yes, the port is open and one of the appliances appears to be functioning correctly. However, we are encountering an issue during the initial setup — the Maglev login screen is not visible.
