we used to check the percentage of network devices health in the assurance summary in the DNAC dashboard along with wired clients.

From few days ,we are not able to see those percentage for Network devices health , but can see the details for Wired clients.

Any idea what could have been the issue here.

how do you go to this page ? do you have a shortcut ?
-> delete the shortcut and start anew from : menu -> assurance -> health
or menu -> Cisco DNA Center

there could be plenty of other reasons
one of them is you have selected a (sub)site instead of the global site
other is your browser cache does not refresh -> clear cache
your browser may not be supported -> try another browser
do you have a DNA 3-node cluster? -> be sure to select the clustername

  • Can you provide similar screenshots from your cluster seeing the issue?
  • What is the Release version of your Catalyst Center?

Hi @Tomas de Leon ,
DNAC Having  2.3.5.5 version. Please find the below snap . We can see the health percentage for wired clients but not for network devices.

The first thing that I would suggest is to try to force update the Telemetry Settings on one Network Device (not a WLC) and then wait for 15-30 minutes and see if Health & Temetry data is being received for that device.  If this fixes the issue, you can proceed with other network devices.

If this does not work, then there could be something with the collectors and more triage would be needed.  At that point, the best next step would be to open a Cisco TAC Case so that the TCE can look at your issues with more detailed information.
