only test email is send in cisco DNA

I configured cisco dna to send emails as soon as a

User Defined Issue Notification is triggered, configured SMTP, performed the sending test and got the email as expected.

But all SYSLOG events that were configured with the subscription for email do not work. Several times a day the event appears in SYSLOG but the email is not sent.

Have you been able to find solution to this issue?

We are experiencing similar issue in our environment. We currently have an active case with cisco TAC regarding this for months and they are yet to provide a fix for this.

 I am on the same version 2.3.5.5-70026. I have an active case with cisco TAC regarding this since last year and we are yet to get a solution to this.
