1. Enable "software auto-upgrade" enable.
2. Add the new switch member to the stack.
3. Done.

Hi @Leo Laohoo , Thanks for the reply
New switch version is same as the existing switch version. So i think software auto-upgrade is not requires.
And once we connect the stack cable to new switch.
1. Entire switch stack need to reload?
2. Downtime is require for adding new switch in existing stack switch in DNAC?
3. In DNAC, any procedure need to run, like re-sync or something?
Please comment....

The entire stack does not need nor require a reload when the new switch member is added to the stack.
1. Make sure the new stack member is powered OFF.
2. Rack mount the new stack member
3. Connect the stacking cables and make sure the screws at the back are secure
4. Power up the new stack member

one bug that related to DNAC new switch port
https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCwa44791
I think if the port configuration (closed auth-related settings) is not automatically added when adding a switch, we need to manually configure the authentication/closed auth commands on the switch port. Has anyone faced this issue?
