Provision conflict error in Cisco DNAC

While provision a switch to the fabric site I came across this issue of the provision conflict. Although the provision template is the same used by the other switches but they had no issue.

Attached is the error which pops up in the DNAC.  

In order to fix this issue I  deprovisioned the switch, resynched it but still it shows the same issue. Is it some sort of a bug ?

That is true. Being able to influence the "baseline" would be a lot more convenient

It has become clear that the folk who design the software components of Catalyst Center do NOT use it the way Cisco's customer's do. The breakthrough in building out the full capabilities of Cat-C didn't become clear to my team until we met with  https://github.com/kebaldwi .
