Service Entitlement Check: WARNING : Could not validate license service contract

After changing domain name, we are getting this warning. May I know how I can resolve this issue?

Which version are you running? Might the following bug: https://bst.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCwc28483
Is this causing any issues, or is it just cosmetic?

yes, DNA cant proceed to push the image because its failing upgrade readiness check

Assuming that you have authenticated to your SMART account my guess is that you're hitting the bug referenced above. AFAIK no other settings should influence licensing/service entitlement checks. If this check is important to you I would create a TAC case to verify and remediate the issue.
