Hello,

I bought cisco 9200 switch ( withe licence advantage an essentails , and with the DNA licence) , put in production. I don't use DNA Center ( fo now), but if I haven't declared my switches on CSSM, for example I can't download IOS updates etc...

For that, I authorized on my firewall the management IP of the switch to go out on the internet.
I tested by pinging out from the switch CLI  tools.cisco.com, it works

After that i have generated a new tocken from CSSM

Step 1
Log in to the CSSM Web UI at https://software.cisco.com and click Smart Software Licensing.

Log in using the username and password provided by Cisco.

Step 2
Click the Inventory tab.

Step 3
From the Virtual Account drop-down list, choose the required virtual account

Step 4
Click the General tab.

Step 5
Click New Token. The Create Registration Token window is displayed.

Step 6
In the Description field, enter the token description

Step 7
In the Expire After field, enter the number of days the token must be active.

Step 8
(Optional) In the Max. Number of Uses field, enter the maximum number of uses allowed after which the token expires.

Step 9
Click Create Token.

Step 10
You will see your new token in the list. Click Actions and download the token as a .txt file.

And on the switch :

# license smart trust idtoken id_token_value all force ( I have no error message)
#show licence status

In the field Trust Code Installed:.
I'm supposed to see dates etc...

Usage Reporting:
Last ACK received: <none>
Next ACK deadline: Aug 01 11:13:39 2023 UTC
Reporting push interval: 30 days
Next ACK push check: <none>
Next report push: May 09 11:53:53 2023 UTC
Last report push: <none>
Last report file write: <none>

Trust Code Installed: <none>

but i see nothing ?

downloading IOS versions is independent on licensing configuration on the switch
But of course the switch-model/serial number  must be somehow attached to your Cisco Smart account, that should be enough.
if it isn't ask your vendor (or Cisco TAC)  to correct this
