Switch doesn't join to Catalyst Center

Hello. I´m having issues with a 9300-48 Switch that is not joining to the Catalyst center via pnpa service.

Switch is new and I´ve already tried run pnp service reset twice.

I´d like to know if there is something else that I can try to switch join to Catalyst Center via DHCP.

How is it failing to join? Is it showing up in the CatC PnP portal at all? Is it getting an IP address from the DHCP server? Is the correct IP for CatC provided by the Option 43 in the DHCP pool?
